Chuck Orms brings over 30 years of sales leadership experience, including more than two decades collaborating with government agencies nationwide. As Director of Sales at Corrisoft, he leads national business development and strategic partnerships, assisting justice agencies in adopting innovative smartphone-based monitoring solutions.

His deep understanding of public-sector needs and commitment to client success have made him a key driver in Corrisoft’s growth and impact in the criminal justice space.

With over 25 years of software development experience, including 19 at IBM in various roles, Ben brings his passion for technology to Corrisoft.

He has led numerous successful projects and is committed to ensuring that the company stays at the forefront of industry advancements. As a leader, he prioritizes open communication and collaboration with his team, empowering them to reach their full potential. His goal is to continue to lead the technical side of the company to success and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.

Greg plays a key role in managing the ongoing developmental initiatives at Corrisoft. He has over 16 years of extensive project management experience, most recently focusing on agile software development.

Greg earned his PMP certification through the Project Management Institute as well as graduating from the Louisville Metro Government Learn Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green Belt programs. Originally from Lost Creek, West Virginia, he now resides in La Grange, Kentucky, with his wife and five children.

Cassie Phillips

Cassie Phillips offers 10 years of combined experience in customer service, account management and criminal justice. She currently leads Corrisoft’s Customer Success team with a deep understanding of both the operational needs of justice agencies and the technical capabilities of the AIR® platform.

Cassie brings five years of progressive leadership in customer success, ensuring seamless implementation, support and optimization of Corrisoft’s solutions. Her five-year tenure as a probation officer allows Cassie to understand our customer’s environment intimately—bridging the divide between field experience and the technology that supports it.
