LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 18, 2021 – Corrisoft, a community monitoring software and technology company, has formed a strategic partnership with MaxxContent, a Nashville-based education technology company. Through this union, Corrisoft will soon deliver curated educational materials to participants in corrections and treatment programming. The ultimate goal is to provide equitable access to online resources that support individualized participant rehabilitation.
“Industry-leading research shows us that individualized corrections programming that is administered outside of jails and prisons reduces recidivism while promoting community well-being,” said Alan Eargle, Corrisoft’s CEO. “Our partnership with MaxxContent is a massive step toward program customization. Through upcoming software updates, our agency partners can deliver support materials to their participants in real-time.”
MaxxContent is an industry leader in the education technology space, with access to hundreds of thousands of licensed educational materials. Corrisoft will unlock these materials for its end users, supporting a number of corrections programs – from drug treatment courts to general community supervision agencies.
By supplying educational materials through MaxxContent that are peer-reviewed and reputable, Corrisoft is creating a more equitable supervision system. Corrisoft’s current model provides hardware and software to participants in community monitoring programs regardless of socioeconomic status, promoting equal access to services. These devices have already been used to disseminate information to participants, but MaxxContent’s library of resources will further enhance the catalog of materials available to support people through their customized rehabilitation process.
