AIR Mobile

It provides participants with a reliable, functional device to make calls, send messages, and fill out questionnaires and assessments sent by administrators. Additionally, when in-person meetings aren’t a possibility, you can schedule video chats, giving you and your participants access to face-to-face communication remotely.

AIR Verify

AIR Verify is an app downloaded onto a participant’s personal device where administrators can send questionnaires, messages and schedule video chats with additional features like always on GPS and preschedule or randomly scheduled check-ins with facial recognition technology.

New updates to video conferencing!

Corrisoft’s software team is constantly looking for new ways to improve customer experiences, which is why we’re especially proud to introduce new video chat capabilities. Administrators can now record all video calls with timestamps and save them to participant profiles, creating an additional log of their communication with participants. This function is not available across all AIR tools.

This capability was designed to enhance how agencies take notes on participants, informing future calls, calendar requests, risk assessments, check-in questionnaires, and how frequently to follow up with individuals. And if your notes from a conversation are missing anything, you have the entire conversation, exactly as it occurred, at your fingertips. They can also be used to support new or reassigned administrators, allowing them to get to know and understand their new participants even before making contact, and reduce instances of miscommunication across departments and team members. Lastly, administrators have clear documentation for any situation that may arise.
