As our user base has grown, one of the most common requests we’ve heard is the ability to automate repeatable tasks without sacrificing flexibility. Advanced Workflow Automation delivers on that need by allowing users to design, customize, and deploy automated workflows tailored to their organization’s specific requirements—no coding required.
With this release, users can now create multi-step workflows that trigger actions based on defined conditions. For example, you can automatically route items for approval when certain criteria are met, generate notifications when data changes, or trigger follow-up actions after a task is completed. These workflows run reliably in the background, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while freeing your team to focus on higher-value work.
The new workflow builder features a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to visualize each step of your process. Users can add triggers, actions, and conditions using simple dropdowns and logical rules.
