Overview

Corrisoft is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional for an Office Manager position. This position is a vital and central role to the organization as this individual will interact with all employees and external customers. The Office Manager will support all company operations, but most specifically the human resources and accounting departments.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains office operations including processing payroll; organizing company, customer and personnel records
  • Assist in the new hire process including recruiting, screening and orientation
  • Assists with management of employee performance review system
  • Assist with employee engagement efforts by organizing internal luncheons, corporate events and other team-building activities
  • Answers and directs inbound calls professionally; welcomes and greets corporate visitors and connects them with the relevant parties
  • Prepare invoices for customers based on contractual obligations
  • Receives payments and posts amounts paid to customer accounts
  • Confers with customers to determines reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of contract and service
  • Ensure compliance with state and local tax agencies by maintaining customer sales tax exemption records

Position Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two to three years professional experience

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and operate a computer for up to 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to position self to maintain organization of filing cabinets and office supplies

Communication & People Skills

  • Frequent communication with employees and customers in required in this position. Must be able to exchange accurate information effectively
  • Works effectively and cooperatively with employees, customers and staff to develop positive working relationships

Technical Skills

  • Ability to accurately file documents and materials
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to learn advanced software functions and grasp complex contractual agreements
