Management Team

Corrisoft’s executive team boasts a wide cross section of business experience in organizations both large and small. Having such a well-rounded leadership team helps us stay one step ahead of the competition.

Alan Eargle

Alan is involved at all levels of operation at Corrisoft, and oversees all financial planning and management efforts. He is also integral in employee satisfaction initiatives and corporate culture.

Alan previously held the top financial position in an investment group with controlling interest of several manufacturing businesses. He’s worked for companies with direct financial responsibility over multiple manufacturing divisions as well as several locations of a Fortune 500 company.

Alan has a proven track record of achievement, expanding responsibility, and sound financial analysis, and has implemented several major cost reduction, product launch and efficiency initiatives. He’s overseen everything from Forecasting to Capital Management; Financial Analysis to Strategic Planning and Purchasing; Human Resources to IT; and has served as a Board Member for private companies and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from Westminster College.

Jim Webb, President of Corrisoft

Jim Webb

Jim became Corrisoft’s President at the end of 2017. Previously he led Corrisoft’s marketing and sales teams. Jim joined Corrisoft as VP of Software Development. He spent over 30 years in various leadership roles at IBM and Lexmark International. Jim has a track record of technical innovation and delivery, focusing on customer needs and quality. Based on his years in R&D, he has 14 Patents in the areas of Printer and MFP Device Management Software and User Interfaces.

Jim also has extensive international experience, having worked with many Global 1000 companies in Europe, Asia, and North America. As part of delivering solutions to customers globally, Jim worked very closely with customers and resellers to insure that the technology delivered value as expected.

Jim is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University (formerly SUNY Binghamton).

Nathan McConathy

A founding member of the Corrisoft team, Nathan has 20+ years of experience designing, developing, producing and distributing consumer products. He is at the epicenter of Corrisoft’s product development and innovation initiatives.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Kentucky, and has been a key team member at top tech companies like Lexmark, Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), and ArchVision.

Nathan is at the forefront of Unix, Windows, Mobile and Web based application development. He also serves as Executive Director of Community Montessori School Inc., and on the Supervisory Committee for Members Heritage Federal Credit Union.

Susan Harrod

Leading Corrisoft’s Sales and Marketing Team, Susan is responsible for expanding and growing the use of Corrisoft’s spectrum of rehabilitation products. With a long career in alcohol-testing, impaired driving and sales and marketing of technology to increase highway safety, Susan brings a well-rounded mix of knowledge and skills to Corrisoft.

Susan has approached public and personal safety issues throughout her career in a variety of leadership positions.  Susan previously served as the Central Regional Sales Director for a large technology company providing alcohol testing equipment to individuals as well as government entities, as well as serving as key personnel for the Illinois Secretary of State. Further, Susan served as both lobbyist and advocate for Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. Finally, Susan worked as a substance abuse counselor wherein she was able to develop the agencies first Intensive Outpatient Program as an alternative to inpatient treatment for individuals to assist individuals in retaining their jobs, but still having access to the level of treatment best suited for them.

Susan received her Master’s in Human Development Counseling and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Springfield.

Sonia Cattoi

Sonia has 18 years of experience leading service enhancement projects.  She holds an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification and has spent most of her career overseeing customer-facing operations in the building materials industry.

Sonia spent 5 years at Weyerhaeuser managing the service team for their largest engineered-lumber manufacturing facility.  In the 13 years subsequent to that, she led Lafarge Gypsum’s North American customer service / order management operations.

Her public sector background includes economic development and tourism promotion for a jobs-creation corporation serving 43 counties in Kentucky.  Sonia graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morehead State University.

Emily Sizemore Head Shot

Emily Sizemore

Emily brings over a decade of experience in public accounting and business management to the Corrisoft team. She served businesses across many industries including technology, start-up, retail, restaurant, manufacturing and professional services.

Emily has primarily worked with closely held businesses developing tax savings strategies, exit planning, mergers & acquisitions and monitoring tax compliance with Federal, State and local government jurisdictions. Leveraging the wealth of knowledge she gained while in public accounting, Emily cultivated her own business as a trusted business advisor. She counseled clients on best business practices focused around financials and human capital management.

This broad expertise makes Emily a well-rounded advisor for Corrisoft's strategic initiatives and the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Human Resource departments which she leads.

She holds a Bachelor's degree of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

John Lovell

John is originally from rural eastern, KY and has lived in Lexington, KY with his two daughters since 2013. John came to Corrisoft as a Project Coordinator in the Software development department. He had previously been primarily involved in the non-profit sector, planning events and producing visual content for various organizations. Before that, he taught high school students in the public school system in western KY.

Since then, John has become the current Software Development Manager, overseeing all development for our web and mobile products. He also manages all quality assurance efforts and coordinates releases with Operations and Production Engineering. During his time at Corrisoft, he has successfully converted all teams from waterfall to agile methodology, as well as coordinating the launch of several product offerings from the ground up.
